Dedicated Aquatic Educators

At Kids Can Swim, we know our aquatic educators are our most valuable resource. They’re the ones building strong relationships with your kids— pushing them to test their boundaries at their own pace so they can become confident, skilled swimmers.

We know the value of great team members and ours are amazing because:

• All our aquatic educators are certified as Lifesaving Society Red Cross Swim Instructors or equivalent, certified Standard First Aiders, and are certified National Lifeguards, so you feel secure knowing your kids are safe at all times;
• Our instructors are all hired not just for their credentials, but also for their affinity with kids and their love of teaching;
• In addition to the above required qualifications, all our aquatic educators receive at minimum 40 hours of additional, proprietary Kids Can Swim-designed training with opportunities for growth and additional training provided on a monthly basis;
• We pay our aquatic educators above the industry average. This means they see teaching swimming as a career, not just a brief summer job.
