We want to empower our KCS parents to make managing swimming lessons as simple and easy as possible. Through our parent portal, you can register for classes, transfer your enrollment to a different time or day, add yourself to a waitlist, book a makeup class and so much more!

How to Enrol For Classes

Your first step in finding a class is deciding what kind of class you are looking for. We have the below programs available:

Low-ratio Group Kids classes for kids 3 to 13 years old;
Low-ratio Babies Group Classes for babies 3 to 30 months old.

How To Change My Class Time/Date or Register for a New Level

Need to change your class time or date? Has your child moved up a level and needs to register for a new class? Watch the below video to see how to transfer your enrollment through our parent portal.

How to Go on a Waitlist for a Class

If all the classes in your desired program or date/time are full, you can go on a waitlist for those classes. Once a space becomes available in that class, one of our team members will be in touch.

How to Book a Makeup Class

As a registered guest at KidsCanSwim, we understand that life happens, especially during these extraordinary times. For that reason, each registered swimmer in our low-ratio classes is entitled to one (1) make-up lesson per month (do not carry over) if they have missed a class for any reason.

How to Record a Future Absence

For any future absences, the ideal process is to login to your parent portal account, record your absence. This will make a space in a class for others who may be looking to schedule a make-up the day of your absence.
